Martin Brothers Construction was subcontracted to complete various renovations and repair work at Camp Pendleton's Area 25 Combat Town. This had been a live-fire training area that required significant repair and renovation work in order to be used once again by the military for combat training. Under contract with T.B. Penick and NAVFAC Southwest, Martin Brothers Construction provided all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for installation of concrete reinforcement/rebar and placement and finishing of concrete decks. Additionally, Martin Brothers crews constructed roofs, steps and C.I.P. stairs in one of the structures.
